North Reef & Arch is an offshore reef dive site on the north side of Qawra Point peninsula. Diving straight out north from the entry point, the rocky seabed gently slopes to about 10 m, then there is a small wall reef going down to an area of sand at 15 m surrounded by seagrass. Near the west end of the reef there is a beautiful little arch at a depth of about 18 m. The arch, or short tunnel, is large enough for divers to swim through. A narrow sandy path between seagrass meadows leads under the arch to another sand field at 22 m. Heading outwards north, the seabed is covered mostly in Posidonia seagrass until there is a deeper reef at about 30 m. The other end of the shallow reef is close to Fra Ben Cave.
