MV King Edwin is a World War II wreck in Malta. King Edwin was a British cargo ship built in 1927, 122 m in length and about 17 m width. In April 1943 she caught fire while unloading at Grand Harbour of Valletta and was scuttled there. After the war in 1945 the wreck was lifted, towed out of the harbour and scuttled in deep water. MV King Edwin now lies at a depth of 112 metres approximately 5 km from Valletta. The wreck is almost upright, covered with corals and surrounded by schools of fish.
